Revenue-Payroll-Commodities (2 linear feet, 1961-1970) includes income and expenditure statistics for the General Division, Neuropsychiatric Institute (NPI) and Children's Psychiatric Hospital (CPH). There is no report for 1968/69. The report for 1969/70 is called "Cumulative Runs Revenue and Expense" and contains a combined expense section as well as revenue, payroll and commodities.

Director's Books (2 volumes, 1967-1969) contain statistics on the various hospital units. The statistics for fiscal year 1967/68 include the number of admissions, registrations, discharges, patient days, and various types of revenue, divided by different demographic variables and by insurance (Medicare, Medicaid and M/CARE and M/CAIDE), as well as a labor turnover report. Statistics are given for the General Hospital, Neuropsychiatric Institute, Children's Psychiatric Hospital and the Clinical Research Unit. The statistics for the 1968/69 fiscal year are for admissions and registrations only.
