The Nam Center for Korean Studies Program records date from 1995 to the present. The information is sparse, with the main focus being events sponsored by the program. Some information regarding the history of the program is also included.
The record group is divided into two series: Administration and Background and Events.
Events consists of 0.2 linear feet of material, including event announcements, event programs, and other related items. These include colloquium series, guest speakers, and student language competitions, and a VHS videotape of Ko Un reading his poetry. The program for a 1998 art exhibit, co-sponsored by the Korean Studies Program, "Hopes and Aspirations: Decorative Painting of Korea," is located in the records of the Museum of Art.
