Administrative

The Administrative series consists of the internal records of the Triangle Foundation. It contains board meeting minutes, correspondence, daily logs, financial statements, and applications for grants. The activities file contains public relations statements which list the accomplishments of Triangle; the community involvement files also give an idea of how Triangle attempted to get the word out about their organization. The files on the merger and name change contain correspondence, filings with the state, and resolutions which provide background on the history of the organization. The series also contains publications and information on videos produced by Triangle. The series covers the period 1988 to 1999.
