Minutes of board of directors, and house of delegates, reports of annual conferences, treasurer's records, newsletters, miscellaneous topical files, and photographs.

The records of the Michigan Public Health Association have been received in various accessions containing similar kinds of documentation. These accessions usually span a specific period of time (with the inclusion of earlier material). This arrangement requires the researcher interested in minutes or newsletters (for example) to examine the total finding aid for similar kinds of materials. The first and also the largest accession contains materials for the period of 1921 to 1973. The dates of the subsequent accessions are 1963-1977 (mainly for 1973-1976), 1952-1986 (mainly for 1952-1986), 1984-1988; and 1983-1989.

Important kinds of records found within most of these dated accessions include minutes of the board of directors, records of conferences, committees, and divisions, and topical files detailing organizational programs and activities.

Founded in 1962 Michigan Quarterly Review is the University of Michigan's flagship scholarly journal. It is a multidisciplinary publication devoted to new and creative works of fiction, essays, book reviews, memoirs, interviews, poetry, and the graphic arts. The collection is primarily comprised of records and correspondence created during the tenure of the magazine's third editor, Laurence Goldstein relating to the journal's regular publications, as well as its books and special issues.

The Michigan Quarterly Review collection documents the history of the University of Michigan's premier scholarly journal. The records in this collection measure 8 linear feet, and date from 1968 to 2007, with the majority of the records from the period 1971-2007. The collection is primarily comprised of correspondence, manuscripts, clippings, and administrative materials, and is arranged into four series: Administrative Materials, Audio-Visual Materials, Correspondence, and Publications.

The collection consists of photos of an Erie and Michigan Railroad caboose, a train wreck, railroad-related equipment, and a model of a steam engine designed by the University of Michigan College of Engineering.

Michigan chapter of organization of religious groups devoted to safeguarding access to legal abortion. Administrative files include minutes, financial records, lists, and policy and program committee reports; publicity and outreach files include news releases, clippings, newsletters, and other informational materials.

Videotaped recordings of University of Michigan Football (1975-2010) and Men's Basketball (1990-2010) coaches' television show, providing weekly recaps and previews of games during the season. Thirty minute programs featuring the head coach, include game highlights and commentary and usually one or more guests.

The Michigan Replay collection consists of videotape recordings of broadcasts of weekly (in season) coach's show for University of Michigan football and men's basketball. The football Michigan Replay Show went on the air in 1975 with twelve to sixteen programs per year. Larry Adderlyler was the host from 1975 to 1979 when Jim Brandstatter took over. In 2008 the title was changed to Inside Michigan Football. The basketball coach's show was first broadcast in 1990 under the title Michigan Basketball Preview and became Michigan Replay in 1999/2000.

The format of the half-hour show was a host and the head coach in a studio setting reviewing the previous weeks games and previewing the upcoming games. Typically there would be one or more guests and often a short topical story. The shows were recorded on 3/4-inch videotape through 1993 and then on BetaSp tape. There are 1-inch tapes for some programs. Tapes for some programs are missing. The football Michigan Replay shows 1975-1992 (those recorded on 3/4-inch tape) have bee digitized.

Although the records date from approximately 1941 to 2011, the individual series do not cover this span and thus a full record of the organization’s history is missing.

The Publications of the Michigan Schoolmasters' Club primarily includes publications relating to the annual meeting of the group. Also included is a history and a list of books for high school students.
