The record group includes minute books and other records of client businesses and philanthropic organizations. These include land and realty organizations, notably the Palms Realty Co. and the Ernst Kern Co. There are also financial records of the firm, including registers containing billing records and case activity logs; record of hours; and volumes of title opinions and abstracts.

Air Force Lieutenant accused of being a security risk during the era of Senator Joseph McCarthy; records include biographical information, correspondence, scrapbooks, audio-visual materials, and other documents pertaining to the case and to the movie "Good Night, and Good Luck."

The Radulovich collection consists of six series: Biographical/Personal, Security Hearing, Other Family Members, Audio/Visual Materials, Scrapbooks, and Other Materials. The collection is particularly strong in documenting the events around his hearing and the influences it caused in the succeeding decades.

The Artwork series includes drawings of buildings and other projects, publications containing reproductions of his work, and files relating to galleries, exhibits, auctions, and art fairs. The Supplemental Materials series concerns the art organizations and associations of which Kemnitz was a member, correspondence, and files pertaining to other activities, notably the Bird Hills Park controversy. The third series, Southern White Migration to Detroit in the 1930s, consists of research materials and reports resulting from Kemnitz' research as a member of a University of Michigan sociology seminar on metropolitan community organization. A portion includes Elmer Akers' research on the Black Legion.

The papers of Milt Kemnitz have been divided into three series. The first series, ARTWORK, focuses on the artwork itself, and its reproduction and dissemination. This includes the following subseries: Drawings of Buildings, Other Projects, Publications and Galleries, Exhibits, Auctions & Art Fairs. The second series, called SUPPLEMENTAL MATERIALS, has three subseries, Art Organizations & Associations, Correspondence and Miscellaneous Personal Material. Much of this material concerns his career as an artist but relates less directly to the actual artwork than the material in the first series. The third series, SOUTHERN WHITE MIGRATION TO DETROIT IN THE 1930s, consists of research materials and reports resulting from Kemnitz' research as a member of a University of Michigan sociology seminar on metropolitan community organization.

Correspondence (1865-1901), with letters about his Civil War activities (including one written on Dec. 29, 1861 from Camp Lebanon to his parents, which contains a description of his quarters and the accidental burning of his tent); also a record of labor accounts, 1872-1875, military service papers and miscellaneous election tickets and campaign ribbons. Correspondents include: Charles M. Croswell and Fred M. Warner.

Office of Minority Student Services (MSS) was established in 1977 as successor to the Office of Special Services to meet the diverse needs of minority students and to promote the cultural diversity represented across the University. Name changed to Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs in 1995. Includes miscellaneous brochures, directories, newsletters, and manuals.

Professor and Chair of the Department of Biological Chemistry at the University of Michigan. Coon was internationally recognized for his pioneering research in P450 enzymes. Papers include topical files containing biographical and professional records, including reviews of the biological chemistry department from 1970-1988, awards, honorary degrees, lectureships, and programs. Also includes photographs that span Coon's 47-year career at the University of Michigan, with a focus on awards received.

The Minor J. Coon papers (1.25 linear feet) (1946-2004) document Coon's internationally known career in biological chemistry at the University of Michigan. The Coon papers contain two series, Topical Files and Photographs.

Publications produced by or for the Battle Creek Sanitarium founded by John Harvey Kellogg in Battle Creek Michigan.

The collection consists of pamphlets, brochures, articles and other printed material on the history, philosophy and dietary practices, and treatments of the Battle Creek Sanitarium.

Correspondence and financial papers concerning company land and lumbering enterprises, and later activities in home building, silo construction, and silage production; records of A.J. Stevens & Co. and McClure-Stevens Land Company of Gladwin, Michigan also business files and diaries of company co-founder, William C. McClure.

The record group is divided into the following series: Mitchell and McClure Lumber Company; William C. McClure materials; Other Business Enterprises; and Financial records. In addition to the records of the company, the record group includes documentation of other enterprises, such as home building and silo construction and silage production. There are also some records of the A.J. Stevens Land Company of Gladwin, Michigan. The William C. McClure series is important for the run of personal diaries maintained by McClure in the period of 1872-1903.
