Scope and Content:

The Policy Statement/Manuals series includes documents which record information about the policies of Planned Parenthood of Mid-Michigan. It includes handbooks for staff and volunteers as well as policy statements. Some of the policies and manuals pertain to the National League of Planned Parenthood, but most are concerned only with the Mid-Michigan affiliate. Other materials pertain to a specific program offered by PPMM. Not only do they record information about the services offered by Planned Parenthood of Mid-Michigan, but they also illustrate the organization's views of its services. The years covered in this series range from 1948 through 1989.
