Scope and Content:

The New York Central Railroad Company series (boxes 60, 71-75) includes annual reports, 1915-1966; minutes of the board of directors, stockholders, and committees for 1914-1950; reports to the Interstate Commerce Commission for most of the period 1920-1960 and for Lessor Companies, 1937 and 1943-1960. Also included are the "Green Books" containing annual reports of the parent company and subsidiaries. Some of the "Green Books" date in the period prior to 1914.
