The Athena Azerbaijan and Russia Development Projects series- documents the Athena Group's financing, design, construction, and leasing of retail, office, warehouse, and mixed-use sites in Moscow and Baku, Azerbaijan. Materials include correspondence and memoranda, investment prospectuses and investor updates, progress reports, architectural drawings, legal and financial agreements, and photographs of construction activities. The files include documents addressed to Taubman and Avner Naggar at The Taubman Company, as well as copies of documents created or received by Louis Dubin, Metin Negrin, Bob Rylee, and other members of the Athena Group's management.
