The Director's Records series (465 MB) contains various materials from the directors of the University of Michigan band. The series consists of records pertaining to the most recent director, Michael Hathicock, including his e-mail and documentation of the 2011 China Tour. Posters, budgets, correspondence, and other records are found within the series.

The Publications series (0.5 linear feet, 1952-2006) contains numerous programs, flyers, and newsletters relating to the band. A small portion of the series consists of band programs from the 1950s through the 1980s, but a majority covers newsletters and reports from the 2000s. The series also includes newsletters from the Band's Alumni Association.
