The Business and Entrepreneurial series, 1977-1992 (1.5 linear ft.), contains sample menus and memorabilia from the Moveable Feast as well as samples of its financial records. Much of the material relating to the Michigan Technology Council (MTC) and Michigan Community Colleges (MCC) is in the form of business communications, including reports and meeting agendas as well as correspondence. Since Eldersveld's initial position with the MCC Association (MCCA) involved working as a liaison between the presidents of member community colleges and local businesses, materials from this segment of her work with the MCCA's Economic Development and Job Training (ED&JT) Network are included here in the Business and Entrepreneurial series.
