The Opinions and Orders subseries covers major opinions Judge Roth issued in the course of handling Bradley v. Milliken. In addition to true copies of prominent decisions, the subseries includes Roth's drafts and related materials from the development of the September 27, 1971 "Ruling on Issue of Segregation" and the June 14, 1972 "Ruling on Desegregation Area and Order for Development of Plan of Desegregation" and related "Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law."
