The Clippings and Scrapbooks series consists of three scrapbooks that Spencer had put together from his career. Included with clippings are photographs and personal memorabilia. One volume concerns his family life and his interest aviation; another dates from the period when Spencer was at the Fairfield Air Depot in Ohio. This volume includes many photographs of the work and activities of the civilian personnel at that air force base.
