The files which have been group together as papers About the Collection were gathered together by library curator May Davis Hill who researched and analyzed the Ella Fuller and her work. Included are slide images of some of the Fuller photographs which Hill used in various talks that she gave.

The Glass Negatives are arranged by the negative number that Fuller gave to them. The descriptions, often minimal because of the paucity of information that came with them, were prepared by May Hill. Included with each description is the envelope number where the contact print may be found. Blank numbers of course indicate images never received by the library. Images of poor quality have had no contact prints made for them. This fact is included in the listing of glass negatives.
