The Patient Files series (14 linear feet) contains records pertaining to the patients of the hospital system. This series is split into 4 sub series: Case Records, Hospital Reports, Hospital School for Patients, and Record Books/Registration Books. Some of the records contained within this series are restricted as described in the access restrictions page of the finding aid. The records within these subseries include case files, hospital registration books, and other patient files.
