Wilson's Correspondence is arranged chronologically. This is a fairly large series, running from 1960 to 1978. All of the correspondence is professional.

The University of Michigan series is subdivided into "Conference on the University," "Institute of Science and Technology, and "School of Literature, Science and Arts - Geology and Mineralogy." This is a rather disappointing series. Although most of Wilson's professional life was spent at the University of Michigan, the material covering his activities there, both as a professor and as Director of the IST, is quite sparse.
