Public transit
The Public transit series mainly contains materials on the subject of public transportation mainly in the Detroit metropolitan area but also including some materials about public transportation in other parts of Michigan, namely in Ann Arbor. The series contains correspondence; public transit planning documents, drafts and maps prepared by state and local government organizations; administrative records and correspondence of Transportation Riders United (TRU), a non-profit charitable organization, and issues of its official publication Moving forward.
