The Public Relations series, 1988-1996 (0.25 linear feet), contains information on events and exhibits sponsored by the library and its subordinate units. These include Martin Luther King Day speakers, Special Collections exhibits and events, and subject-oriented conferences. Also included is information on the dedication of the Shapiro Library. The files generally contains summary information about the planning of the event (including honoraria paid to speakers), press releases, and promotional materials. The series is organized by event.
