The Correspondence subseries (1.3 linear feet) contains Dean Woolliscroft's communications with Medical School faculty and other University of Michigan administrators. These messages cover the financial situations of the Medical School, the various projects that are being implemented, as well as welcoming newly appointed professors. The material is arranged chronologically covering the years 2006-2008.

Departmental Annual and Other Special Reports dates from 1959 to 1979. In the late 1950s the practice of requiring the various departments in the Medical School to submit an annual report to the dean was resumed. The resulting reports are arranged alphabetically by year. Some years also have miscellaneous special reports written by the departments for the dean.
