The Executive Committee subseries (2 linear feet) contains files relating to the running of the organization, which are arranged alphabetically by topic and then chronologically. The meeting minutes and correspondence make up the bulk of this subseries. Also included are Treasurer's Reports and files relating to membership. Researchers will note that for most years there are no meeting minutes for the months of June, July, and August; the Council did not hold meetings during the summer months.
