Non-MED Materials
The category non- MED materials at the end of the Moore and Knott eras is particularly full (box 7; 1 linear foot). There is, first of all, the specifically EMED files (reports, budgets, etc.), followed by the extensive correspondence about EMED matters by Hereward T. Price, who was an associate editor of that dictionary (as well as a faculty member in the Department of English) for a long period of time. The files of Moore's correspondence before 1930 and of Knott's research materials on Piers Plowman are also here, along with their individual files on teaching, professional matters, and civic and personal affairs.
