The Meetings series contains basic information as recorded through agenda, minutes, and notes of the 1989 Annual Meeting, a 1995 Board Meeting, the 2003 Staff Retreat at Camp Michigania, and a 2007 Strategic Planning/Leadership Retreat at the Weber Inn in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
The Photographs series includes images with identified people, taken at two committee meetings.
The Published Materials series includes four newsletters documenting annual events and programming (An Occasional Newsletter, The Open Mind, After 5:00, and Newsletter). The series also contains programming material including course catalogs and lists of lectures, speakers, and mini-courses; and flyers and pamphlets. LIR also published two course packs: one on China and Japan and another on World War II oral histories. A few articles about LIR are also found in this series.
