The second legislative subseries relates to more various pieces of legislation, largely coming out of the House Judiciary Committee. These files have been maintained by legislative session and House or Senate Bill number. Some of the legislative files, those maintained by either David Cahill or Brad Geller, are arranged by date. These files are valuable in their documentation of the progress of a piece of legislation through the Legislature and the full House. Included are copies of the bill, drafts and other modifications, and memoranda to Bullard from staff discussing or offering criticism of a bill. The files also contain background information about the topic covered by the legislation.
