The Topical Files series continues the series from earlier accessions and consists of annual files covering the day to day functions of the president's office. In this addition, the topical files cover the academic years 200/2009. The files are arranged chronologically according to academic year, and within each academic year sub-series, the files are arranged alphabetically by topic.
