The Executive Officers Meetings sub-subseries, 1988-1989 (1.5 linear feet), is arranged chronologically and includes agendas, background materials and action summaries. The background materials, i.e., those reports and memos which are read by the officers prior to the meeting, are often very informative. The meeting summaries can assist the researcher in documenting the actions taken at the meetings. These records provide good insight into the issues which high-level administrators believe are the most pressing faced by the university.
