The Topical Files series (.5 feet) spans the years 1971-1984. The series comprises information on various national and university programs and associations and how they related to PEO. Records concern the National Institute of Education, the Trotter House, the United Negro Fund, Inc., and the School of Social Work, in addition to others. Information on the engineering program and the recruitment of minorities, the Center for Occupational and Personalized Education, Inc. (COPE), the National Alliance of Black School Educators, and the Multi-Cultural Program are well represented.
