Labor Arbitration files
The Labor Arbitration files contain materials relating to Fleming's career as an arbitrator. This series includes a possibly complete run of his grievance opinions [the judgment rendered by the arbitrator(s) after an arbitration hearing has been held], 1948-1967, and a sample of Fleming's arbitration case files, several of which are complete, containing briefs, exhibits, and correspondence.
