Beginning in 1942, the School of Public Health sponsored a series of professional conferences whose records comprise the Institutes and Inservice Courses series. The materials in this series span the years from 1942 to 1957 and comprise 1.4 linear feet. The records relating to these institutes and conferences are mainly programs, planning documents, and proceedings. Many of these courses were special wartime training programs. The series is arranged chronologically with individual citations for those institutes or conferences which have published proceedings in the collection.
