This is the most diffuse subseries as it contains much information on developments in the field of public health, Vaughan's professional activities, and the school's work with international, national, state, and local health agencies.
The Faculty Correspondence, 1941-1959, runs one linear foot and is arranged alphabetically by individual faculty member. This correspondence relates primarily to the governance of the school and to the activities of the faculty member or the department in which he or she served. For example, the H. E. Miller correspondence contains much material on the school's extension program and the many institutes and inservice courses the school sponsored. The Ella McNeil files include information on the public health nursing program.
