The Robert R. Smith series consists of two subseries: State and Local Fairs and Agricultural Records, and Financial Records. The first subseries contains programs, tickets, entry forms, and ephemera from various state and local fairs, including those of the Fowlerville Agricultural Society. It also includes livestock and farming records. The second subseries contains financial papers, ledgers, and farm account books, including those compiled over the course of the Smith-Parker business partnership.
