The Publications series (5.4 linear feet) contains publications from the Albion, Van Wert and Hannah Neil Center (Columbus, OH) Starr Commonwealth facilities. Materials are organized by the location in which they originated. Publications include student and staff newsletters including Starr Boys, Starr News and Hannah Happenings, and copies of staff and student manuals. The series also includes a complete set of annual reports dating from 1971-2007 and publications about youth education and intervention authored by Arlin Ness, the third president of Starr Commonwealth. There are also a small number of working files related to the development of publications.

Some duplicate copies of materials within the Publications series may be found in the Administrative records series, the Marketing records series and the Development records series.
