The Events sub-series (1984-2005 and undated, 1.25 linear feet, 12.2 GB) includes slides, photographs, and VHS tapes, as well as content from CD and DVDs available online. These materials come mostly from a variety of multicultural events, such as the Bronze Elegance fashion and talent show, a black history quiz bowl, and the Minority Peer Advisor program's 30th reunion in 2003, and show students, staff, faculty, and guests, including Gloria Steinem and Bell Hooks. There is also a documentary produced by students and faculty of History 397, focusing on stories of diversity in the university's history and an informational video outlining action to address racism on campus.
