The Minorities series (1.4 linear feet) (1971-1995) includes records (1985-1988) describing incidents of racism on campus and the university's response. Included in this series is a folder of records documenting the Support Network for Affirmative Action Programs (SNAAP) begun at the Medical Center. Also included is a report from the 1984 executive officers retreat where the recruitment and retention of minority students was discussed.
