Development Council (.5 linear feet), dating from 1963-1985, is a small series consisting of supporting materials for board of directors meetings; charters and bylaws; correspondence of Thomas Koykka; and background information for the Special Study Committee on School and College Fundraising, also known as the Slykhouse committee. The bulk of the Development Council records are contained in a separate record group, the University of Michigan Development Council.
