The Callahan papers have been arranged chronologically into a single series of newsletters and other materials. These files relate primarily to the effort to preserve the eighteenth amendment, to the Presidential campaign of 1928, to the movement to nominate a dry Democrat for the Presidency in 1932, and to the temperance activities of William Jennings Bryan.
