Biographical/Historical Information is a slim series at the beginning of the collection which includes a vita and retirement biography.
Biographical Information consists of articles, clippings, and collected material on the life of C. L. Franklin. Of most significance are the transcripts of oral interviews with Franklin conducted by his biographer, Jeff Titon. These interviews were made in 1976 and 1977 and contain excellent information about Franklin's life. Also included here are transcripts made by Titon of several of Franklin's sermons.

The Biographical Information series provides a good overview of the three generations of the Tuomy family covered by these papers. The obituaries and the biographical sketches of Cornilius L. and Kathryn G. Tuomy provide helpful orientation to the family relationships and names. The Final Will and Testament, generated by Cornelius W. (Bill) Tuomy and executed in 1966, gives explanations for how the family home, estate and property have been distributed.
Biographical Information (1 folder; 1901-1973 and undated) contains clippings and reprints of articles about Banér which were written during his lifetime, along with a 1973 biography from The Swedish Pioneer Historical Quarterly, and notes and photographs by Ironwood historian Victor Lemmer.
