The Minutes series contains records of weekly membership meetings, executive board meetings and pledge meetings for the years 1939-2003. There are gaps in the minutes, and the more recent minutes tend to be less comprehensive in terms of coverage. Most minutes are grouped by the academic year, generally from September to April, and document planning and progress of varied service projects and social events, in addition to routine chapter business. Also included in this series are a few records of meetings of APO Section 54.
