Record Books contains bound volumes that were organized more or less chronologically. The record books document scattered years between 1921 and 1963. They predominately include minutes from the meetings of the board of directors and financial information, including expenditures, receipts, securities, and summaries. They also contain minutes and resolutions from the general annual meetings, the constitution and by-laws, reports from committees and board members, and recommendations and amendments to the rules and regulations. This series best documents the functions and changing interests of the association, as well as the pressures the theatre owners faced.
