The Donald J. Perigo Papers primarily comprise background materials relating to the University Cellar prior to Perigo's appointment on the Board of Directors. The bulk of the collection includes Board minutes and memoranda, University Cellar job descriptions and evaluations, financial records, and materials pertaining to union representation by the Industrial Workers of the World (IWW, Local 660) for a labor contract. Also of interest is one folder of University Cellar case studies written by former student workers, which describe their personal impressions of the bookstore. The collection is arranged alphabetically and thereafter chronologically.

Student at the University of Michigan. Papers relating to his interest in the administration of the University Cellar bookstore, and relating to the renovation of the Michigan Union.

The Neumeier collection has two series, one relating to the administration of the University Cellar bookstore, the other concerning the renovation of the Michigan Union and his involvement with the Michigan Union Board of Representatives. This later series includes an incomplete run of minutes and reports from February 1988 to September 1990.

The records of the University Cellar have been arranged into three series: History and background; Administrative records; and Former employees files. The bulk of the records concerns the administration of University Cellar with extensive documentation of its financial operations and labor negotiations with the Industrial Workers of the World. Included are board of directors minutes and minutes of the Store, Retail, and Operations Councils.

William G. Price papers, 1967-1971

Graduate student at University of Michigan from 1966 to 1972 involved in student government and campus organizations. Papers consist primarily of administrative documents from and materials regarding the governance of the various organizations in which Price was active, including the University Cooperative, Graduate Assembly, Student Government Council, Student Relations Committee, and University Bookstore and University Cellar.

The papers document the development and activities of various University of Michigan student governance groups and campus organizations from 1967 to 1971. The files are divided into six series: Central Student Data Files, Co-op, Graduate Assembly, Student Relations Committee, University Bookstore, Inc., and Student Government Council. The series represent the original order of the materials.
